About The Event
Come celebrate with us and enjoy an evening of live music, feasting, and fellowship. Help us honor our heroes and their families and the volunteers who serve them. We'll reveal new initiatives and showcase accomplishments. There will be prizes to win, connections to make, and fun to be had.
Event Program:
1700hrs - Mocktail hour
1800hrs - Opening ceremonies
1830hrs - Dinner served & live music
1930hrs - Awards presentation
2030hrs - Prize drawing
2100hrs - Event concludes
Rough Agenda
Board members: annual board meeting begins at 0900hrs.
Pro Staff: annual training begins at 1300hrs.
Banquet volunteers: please arrive by 1400hrs to begin set up.
Partners: if you would like to exibit then please arrive by 1500hrs to set up.
