About The Event
This is a 31-day challenge to get your mind, body, and soul healthier. If you're tired of being overweight, physically or emotionally in pain, or just want to team up with someone who is, then welcome to the Warrior-Up Challenge. Below are some guidelines which will help steer your ascent to a healthier way of life.
Whether you need to grow in faith or deal with some demons, prayer and studying the bible are two of the most effective tools. You are challenged to religiously attend church every Sunday, read the books of Corinthians and Proverbs, and pray deeply at each meal (not just a quick blessing). Thank God for everyone who contributed to your meal: waitress, spouse, cook, truck drivers, farmers, gun and ammo manufacturer, fish and wildlife conservationist, etc. Pray repentance, forgiveness, love, and unity beyond differences.
Start your day with an intermittent fast: pray and study instead of eating breakfast. Eat only wild fish and game and plants. Remove store bought meat, wheat, processed sugars, etc. Acquire sugar from fruits or honey.
Run at least 1-mile, walk 2-miles, bike 5-miles, or dance/shadowbox for 10 minutes straight. Yes, even warriors know how to boogie. Do at least 50 push-ups and two minutes of planks.
Hunt the good:
Let's melt away the snowflake mentality and start being more positive. Don't complain, but rather find the good in bad situations. Vocalize and brag about what you find. Optimistic attitudes are contagious. So share your positive spiritual attitude with others.
