About The Event
This one-day, shore-based fishing clinic is designed to introduce women to saltwater fishing and educate participants on how to be responsible, ethical stewards of Florida's marine resources. You'll also learn casting, rules and regulations, Fish ID, tackle box necessities, knot tying/rig making, and more. Programs are free for 10 CAN members, but we ask for a $25 donation from others to help offset the cost of food, tackle, and other resources.
Lunch will be provided.
This event requires a free shoreline saltwater fishing license to attend which can be found at https://myfwc.com/license/recreational/saltwater-fishing/shoreline-faqs/.
You may bring your own gear, or barrow equipment from the St. Johns Parks and Rec or 10 CAN, Inc.
